In this game you play as a hyper-intelligent beaver using a snake as a whip to escape a laboratory run by lizard-men. The game is currently very unfinished. There is only one enemy, none of the puzzles are functional, there is only one example level, and even some of the art that made it into the game is unfinished. Still, it was fun to make and I gained a lot of experience making pixel art.
Like most of my recent monthly games, this was thrown together in a few days because I spent most of the month working on something that really wasn't coming together. While taking a break from that project I looked through spritesheets for the Castlevania games and noticed how simple the whip animation was. It was only three frames, and the same shape is used for each type of whip. If the same shape could be a convincing whip made from leather, chain, or flame, why not snake? The rest of the idea followed quickly, and it was too good not to make.
